Before the Challenge I was depressed about it. I’m sure it showed in my self esteem. I wanted to hide under baggy clothes, I was embarrassed around all my skinny friends, and really lost interest in love making with my husband (hated being seen naked).
Just after 6 days of the challenge had more energy, I wanted to be active, I felt better in my clothes and I slept better at night. I actually craved exercise.
If you are thinking about doing the challenge I say do it, Nichole is positive and motivating. She offers variety in workouts and challenges. She keeps you accountable. She gives more than just exercise tips. It’s good for the mind too!

I had fallen off the wagon and couldn’t figure out how to get back on. I was incredibly frustrated and I felt overwhelmed about where to even start.
After completing the challenge I have more endurance. I have more energy at the end of the day and I feel better about myself and my body.
I just really appreciate all that Nichole put into this program. I was shocked with how much I got for FREE. The emails, workouts, encouragement, coaching calls and Facebook group, it all was fantastic.

For years, I have always tried to change my lifestyle and my self talk and my mindset, and I’ve never really been able to. I would miss one day, or have one slip up, and just totally fall off the wagon. I was definitely stuck in all or nothing attitude. My health wasn’t terrible, but it certainly wasn’t good.
Since the challenge I noticed having more energy, and I actually enjoyed the challenges. They were fun, and I was excited to be active. I could notice my body changing and feeling stronger, and that was such a great feeling!
If someone was thinking of joining - absolutely do it! Working with Nichole was great. It was the first time I had taken the time to address my mental state and how that related to my physical state. It made all the difference in the world. The emails, the texts, the facebook group, the youtube videos….I was so impressed at the dedication and commitment that Nichole had towards us, and we were just a free challenge group. It was Nichole’s positivity and support that kept me knowing that I could succeed.
