If you are thinking about doing the challenge I say do it

0Before the Challenge I was depressed about it. I’m sure it showed in my self esteem. I wanted to hide under baggy clothes, I was embarrassed around all my skinny friends, and really lost interest in love making with my husband (hated being seen naked).

Just after 6 days of the challenge had more energy, I wanted to be active, I felt better in my clothes and I slept better at night. I actually craved exercise.

If you are thinking about doing the challenge I say do it, Nichole is positive and motivating. She offers variety in workouts and challenges. She keeps you accountable. She gives more than just exercise tips. It’s good for the mind too!
